Xipped is a set of advanced and simple archive utilities to work with a wide range of files from the Internet. The programs included are:
Xipped: this is the heart of the program. It includes many advanced features such as an internal viewer, installation from an archive, modifying files in an archive, UUEncode, and much more. Support for many file types is also offered (including Zip, Cab, Rar, GZip, and many more).
Xipped Archive Converter: this utility makes it easy to convert one archive type (for example, a Cab archive) to another archive type (for example, a Zip archive).
Xipped ZipFind: this utility takes away the trouble of having to look in one archive after another. Just enter the name of the file you need to find!
Xipped QuickZip: this utility makes browsing archives simple. The interface is much like that of Windows Explorer.
Xipped SFX Maker: this utility turns archives into SFX files and SFX files into simple archive files.
Xipped Integrator: this helps you find the Blue Diamond utility you need.
Shell Extensions: the Xipped shell extensions make Xipped a part of Windows Explorer.
Help file: the help file includes information on how to use any of the Xipped utilities, information on the supported Xipped archive types, and more.
Xipped now includes the wizard to help you fly through all archiving tasks.
